The Truck Weighbridge with Metal Ramps is a flexible, high-performance vehicle weighing solution.
A Truck Weighbridge with Metal Ramps measuring 16 x 3 metres was installed, with a capacity of 60 tonnes and able to withstand high concentrated loads and occasional overloads of up to 150% of its capacity.
The modular ramps were designed in thick sheet metal to support the entry and exit of vehicles onto the weighing platform, and side protection rails were applied along the platform for greater safety when weighing vehicles.
The weighbridge is integrated with the MC-IX weighing terminal and TruckinGest weighing software. The MC-IX weighing terminal, made entirely of stainless steel, features the latest technology developed in the field of weighing. The TruckinGest software allows total control of goods movements and can be customised according to the company’s needs.
Installation was quick and did not require any civil construction. In the future, it will require little maintenance and will be easy to move to another location.
