The Olive Oil Continuous Scale 3D PRO allows the olive oil automatic continuous weighing, without the need for operator intervention.

- Structure in ASI 304 stainless steel with round deposits to prevent accumulate bacteria and residues in corners, avoid splashes and reduce dirt.
- First deposit removable and third deposit with stainless steel wheels, both equipped with camlock coupling, bushings and clamps, to facilitate the disassembly and cleaning process.
- Two pneumatic actuators, protected by the metal structure of the scale to prevent the accumulation of fat;
- Butterfly valves;
- Three IP69K load cells;
- Single-phase or three-phase connection to the oil extraction pump;
- Thermal printer for partial or total recording of weighing’s.
- The olive oil drops to the second deposit where its weighed.
- When the target weight is reached, the butterfly valve of the first deposit closes and the one in the second deposit opens, so that the heavy oil goes down to the third deposit.
- While the second deposit empties, the first deposit accumulates the olive oil for the next weighing.
- After emptying the second deposit, its butterfly valve closes and the one in the first deposit opens to carry out the next weighing.
- In the third deposit, the accumulated olive oil is controlled by sensors which detect the maximum and minimum level and activate/stop the olive oil extraction pump.am/param a bomba de extração de azeite.
