- Tip A, O and D to determine the hardness of synthetic materials through penetration;
- Tip A suitable for rubber, neoprene, elastomers, silicone, vinyl, felt, leather and similar materials;
- Tip O suitable for foam and sponge;
- Tip D recommended for synthetic materials, synthetic resin, epoxide, among others;
- The thickness of the sample material must be at least 4 mm;
