1 Weighing terminal does not switch on
If you are unable to turn on the Weighing Terminal, check that the battery is charged, that the power supply is connected, and that it is the correct one.
2 Blank weighing terminal or locked screen
The main problem is usually placing an unstable load on the scale. If the load is stable, it may be that the load cell is damaged or the scale pan is missing.
3 OL appears on the Weighing Terminal
The OL error appears when the load weight is above the permitted limit, the plate support is not installed correctly, there is a fault in the power supply, or the load cell is damaged.
4 UL appears on the Weighing Terminal
Your scale displays the error UL when the weight of the load is below the permitted range. Other causes include a power supply failure, a damaged load cell, an incorrectly installed plate support, or the plate has been removed.
5 Incorrect weight
If the weighing terminal on your scale displays an incorrect weight, check that you are using the correct weight unit and that there are no obstructions under the weighing pan. If you are unable to resolve the issue, please contact the scale supplier.
6 Battery charging failure
If you are unable to charge the battery, please try again; it may be a power failure. If the problem persists, check for any faults in the charging circuit or problems with the battery.
7 Unstable weighing terminal
The instability of the weighing terminal is caused by air currents, vibrations, and drastic temperature changes. Other causes may include power supply failure, low battery, obstruction under the weighing plate, or unstable load being weighed.
8 bAt-lo appears on the Weighing Terminal
The Weighing Terminal is out of battery power. Please connect the Weighing Terminal to the mains.
