The normal terms are cash payment upon delivery of the goods.
In the event of non-compliance or delay on the part of the customer in settling any debts within the agreed period, commercial default interest shall be due at the supplementary legal rate of 12% per annum plus 3%, from the date of issue of the debit document (invoice, debit note, cash sale, posting notice, etc.).
The delivery of Barcelbal products varies depending on the product being shipped. Shipping may be carried out by Barcelbal or by a subcontracted goods delivery company. Goods are shipped at the customer’s own risk.
The costs of delivering the products are borne by the customer.
Delivery times are merely indicative and approximate. The expiry of this period does not imply any type of payment, compensation, or penalty.
Our products benefit from a 2-year warranty against any manufacturing and/or assembly defects.
Warranty exclusions:
Misuse by the operator, lightning strikes, electrical discharges. When repairs have been attempted or carried out by technicians not authorised by Barcelbal. Travel costs and any transport of the goods to and from the repair location shall be at the customer’s expense and risk.
The request for EC verification of the equipment, as well as the cost in accordance with current legislation, are the responsibility of the customer.
Periodic verification is mandatory and carried out at intervals of one year. The purpose of periodic verification is to check that the scale is fit for weighing and complies with standards.
